Porsche to Build West Coast Experience Center


(and F | X Plans on being right there with them!)

Los Angeles - November, 2011
- Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) today announced it will build a second new Porsche Experience Center in North America, in Carson, California. The purpose-built 51-

The New West Coast location will be situate new are intersection of two major Los Angeles area traffic arteries, the 405 and 110 Freeways and just minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Southern California is one of the largest Porsche markets in the United States. Once fully operational, the facility will employ approximately 70 full and part-time staff members. Groundbreaking is scheduled for spring 2012.

"...million of residents and visitors will have easy access to the Porsche Experience Center at LAX alone, over 59 million travelers passed through the airport in 2010. Another 15 million consumers reside within a 50 mile radius from the facility, and even more are based with a few hours travel time by car, including Orange and San Diego counties, California and major markets to the North."

In addition to vehicle-based activities, the Porsche Experience Center will also offer programs focused on maximizing personal fitness, wellness, and athletic performance through the Porsche Human Performance Center.        
This unique facility will feature a leading sports science laboratory and trainingprograms, incorporating the latest techniques used in preparing Porsche race car drivers. Whether an individual's competition vehicle of choice has four wheels or two - or consists of on's own legs - the Porsche Human Performance Center offers customized experiences ranging from heat acclimation training and hydration strategies to individual wellness assessments.

There is so much combined synergy between Porsche opening up this super centre and Irving Holding Company launching F | X Auto Sport – it is almost laughable. F | X Auto Sport (Racing Team) plans on exploiting our ongoing relationship with Porsche North America. Even more so as we slowly introduce our National Marketing campaign/initiate for; Grant Harris Racing.

Our Racing Team will sponsor Porsche as much as budgeted by our Board of Directors. We will diversify and will not simply focus on automobile. We will put signage up on their new super centre in Carson along with are Trademark F | X Auto Sport Logo. Using a scaled down version of the replica Ariel Atom we will be what K1 speed wants to be when it grows up. We will secure permission from Porsche North America to build an inside track; resembling K1 –but much cooler.

We also plan on exploiting the fitness center in conjunction with The Daniel Plan that is ongoing with the Saddleback Church in Lake Forest California and all of its Satellite churches. If marketed correctly we could network through all affiliated churches that have tapped into the Daniel plan.

What a perfect way to spend a weekend Saturday or Sunday. Men driving Porsches at 400 mph, their kids driving Ariel Atom’s at 40 mph, their wives eating their garden salads and the teenagers lifting some weights while listening to the Beastie Boys over the speaker systems. We plan on serving Beer and Wine. Our policy will be if you have even one drink. There will be no driving. We have a comprehensive quality control procedure in place for this already. There is a picnic area for people who wish to bring their own beer or wine.




The ongoing marketing plan for Grant Harris Racing is a viral-hybrid marketing plan known as "Reverse Google Marketing". The campaign is going to revolve around my son – Grant Harris. He is 11. We plan on building momentum for the next three years and having him go ‘professional’ sometime between age 14 and 16. We are going to use a stealth marketing technique called "disruption". It comes from Europe. It is free and is very effective for long term campaigns. It works very well with all search engines – not just Google (even though that is where everyone is looking). This is used in conjunction with Reverse Google Marketing. If i entertain bringing any investors on board I will be happy to provide documentation on how this works.
